Do I need an Event Planner?

Whether you're hosting an intimate gathering or a large-scale event, having an event planner can significantly alleviate stress and ensure a seamless experience. From coordinating vendors to managing timelines, an event planner brings expertise and attention to detail, allowing you to fully enjoy your special occasion without worrying about logistics. Additionally, they can help bring your vision to life, offering creative ideas and solutions tailored to your preferences and budget.

How soon should I book your services?

We recommend booking our services as soon as you have a confirmed date for your event. Popular dates and venues tend to fill up quickly, so securing our services early ensures that we can dedicate ample time and resources to your event. Additionally, booking in advance allows for better planning and coordination, giving us more time to understand your vision and preferences to create a truly unforgettable experience. However, even if your event is approaching soon, don't hesitate to reach out to us as we will do our best to accommodate your needs and make your event a success.

What's your payment structure?

Our payment structure is designed to be flexible and accommodating to your event needs and requirements. Typically, the total investment or project cost is divided into three installments. The initial deposit is 40%, with the remaining payments split equally at 30% each. For Month Of Coordination services, payment is divided into two equal installments.

Will you be working alone on our event day?

On your event day, I will be your main point of contact. However, to guarantee seamless execution, I will be accompanied by at least one assistant. Number of assistants may vary depending on the scale and size of your event. Rest assured, the presence of an assistant is always included in your package pricing and does not incur an additional fee.

Once you're ready to book our services, the process is simple and streamlined. Following our initial complimentary consultation and mutual agreement that we're the perfect fit for your event, I'll send over a straightforward electronic contract. Once I've received the signed contract along with the initial deposit, we can begin the planning process without delay! :)
